Conservation Teens

Insects are fascinating and play an important role in healthy ecosystems. Let's study them at the Nature Center by seeing how many species we can find and collecting a few for our upcoming Insect-O-Rama event. Be prepared to explore the gardens and other outdoor areas in search of our six-legged friends. All equipment will be provided. Ages 12 to 17. Registration required.

You have probably seen crayfish in creeks, but did you know they can also live in caves, prairies, and even roadside ditches? Learn how crayfish live, feed, and reproduce. All ages. This program is open to all ages but is designed for 6th grade and up. Registration required. Please include a valid email address when you register so we can send a virtual program link.
